Refund policy

  1. Eligibility for Refund: - Refunds will be considered for products that are damaged, defective, or do not meet the specifications outlined in your order.
  2.  Timeframe for Refund Requests: - You must initiate a refund request within (2) days from the date of receiving the order. This means that you have 48 hours from the time your item has been delivered to initiate the process.

Photos of the issue are most helpful in understanding the reason for the refund and if a refund is warranted.

  5. . Return of Goods: - In some cases, you may be required to return the received products to us. We will provide a return shipping label and cover the return shipping costs. - Product must be returned in the original condition in which it was received.
  6.  Refund Method: - Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. - Please allow (5) days for the refund to reflect in your account this does not include holidays and weekends. - If the method of payment was in cash our team will communicate with you on payout arrangements if a refund has been approved.
